Best darn real estate agent ever! When John and I decided to sell our house, we had no idea how to find a real estate agent. A friend of mine told me about Sean Kavanagh and said she would let him know we were looking for an agent. He called us the next day and set up a meeting. We knew that day he was the perfect person to work with us; to sell our house in Toronto and find us a house in Burlington. Sean is a knowledgeable and dedicated agent. He spent a lot of time getting to know us and took us through many houses just to get an idea of what we wanted. He gave us great advice about staging our house and had done a lot of research about the sale of houses in our area. When our house was listed, he followed up with potential buyers and always kept us updated. Sean responded to our phone calls and emails immediately and we always felt like we were in very capable and caring hands. As well as being informative, Sean was sensitive to the emotional part of selling our home and was very patient through the anxious periods. Selling and buying a house is a lot more stressful than we ever imagined, but Sean took a stressful situation and made it enjoyable. We are grateful for all he did for us. If you are ever looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Sean. You won't be disappointed.

1. Let us know how we did by describing your experience with the 905 Real Estate Guys. I would like to take the time to thank 905 Real Estate Guys. Leo and his team treated me like it was their own house they were selling. I appreciated all the opinions from his team, from getting my house “prepared” for the market to adjusting my price when needed. The market is tough these days and I never felt that I was alone in this experience. It’s a “process” I was told and even though I was stressed about getting things done I never felt that they were (even if they were) I would recommend their services to anyone who would like to feel like “family” when making one of the biggest decisions of one’s life. 2. What could we have done differently to improve your buy/sell experience? (It’s OK to be honest, really!) As I have previously said, today’s market is a little tougher then it has been in the past, but in the end I felt comfortable and at ease with the steps I was lead to take to get my home sold. 3. I purchased my first home this year (a condo in Toronto) with Sean who was a great help all along the way! We began viewing units in the early fall and must've seen about 15 of them. Sean was keen to show me some beautiful spaces, came prepared with lots of information on the building including the condo's history on the market, he was enjoyable to drive around with and it was a huge learning experience for me. I gained a lot of knowledge from Sean who has much experience in this industry. He was a big help and a joy to do business with. Megan and I were completely new to the entire buying process. In the beginning, we were quite overwhelmed and neededsome direction. We had ideas as to what we wanted, but it didn't really take form until we began to work with Sean.Sean was extremely patient with us both and really took the time to educate us about the buying process, the housing market, showed us around different areas, neighbourhoods, and the different types of places that would work with our budget.
