Client Reviews
Best darn real estate agent ever! When John and I decided to sell our house, we had no idea how to find a real estate agent. A friend of mine told me about Sean Kavanagh and said she would let him know we were looking for an agent. He called us the next day and set up a meeting. We knew that day he was the perfect person to work with us; to sell our house in Toronto and find us a house in Burlington. Sean is a knowledgeable and dedicated agent. He spent a lot of time getting to know us and took us through many houses just to get an idea of what we wanted. He gave us great advice about staging our house and had done a lot of research about the sale of houses in our area. When our house was listed, he followed up with potential buyers and always kept us updated. Sean responded to our phone c...

1. Let us know how we did by describing your experience with the 905 Real Estate Guys. I would like to take the time to thank 905 Real Estate Guys. Leo and his team treated me like it was their own house they were selling. I appreciated all the opinions from his team, from getting my house “prepared” for the market to adjusting my price when needed. The market is tough these days and I never felt that I was alone in this experience. It’s a “process” I was told and even though I was stressed about getting things done I never felt that they were (even if they were) I would recommend their services to anyone who would like to feel like “family” when making one of the biggest decisions of one’s life. 2. What could we have done differently to improve your buy/sell experience? (It’s OK to be hon...

I can’t say enough about Sean’s professional and caring approach, as he has supported me through several transactions. He has given me excellent guidance and his follow up is second to none. My partner and I feel lucky to have been Sean’s clients.

My experience with Sean was fantastic. We went through a difficult situation with our sale and throughout the process Sean was with us every step of the way and was very professional and supportive. Thank you for your 5 star service !

Sean and Leo helped me buy my dream home. I literally wouldn’t jhave gotten my house if it weren’t for Sean going above and beyond and putting in 110% effort. The process to buy and sell was very stressful, due to issues beyond our control, however Sean handled everything with immense professionalism, respect, and expertise. I always felt prioritized even though my price range was on the lower end. I am so thankful for Sean and Leo’s hard work!

"I would highly recommend Sean and Leo! They make such a good team, have skills that complement each other, and work to make the client feel like they are important. They were available at all times, and went out of their way to make sure all of my selling needs were met. Selling a home of 20 years, in a neighbourhood of 54 years was very difficult, and Sean was a great emotional and professional support in the process

I purchased my first home this year (a condo in Toronto) with Sean who was a great help all along the way! We began viewing units in the early fall and must've seen about 15 of them. Sean was keen to show me some beautiful spaces, came prepared with lots of information on the building including the condo's history on the market, he was enjoyable to drive around with and it was a huge learning experience for me. I gained a lot of knowledge from Sean who has much experience in this industry. He was a big help and a joy to do business with. We ended up getting the best home for me in the end out of all the spots we viewed, I could not be happier. I would so recommend The 905 Real Estate Guys, namely Sean Kavanagh.

We have had the pleasure of working with Sean over the past few years, and words cannot describe how great our experiences have been with him. He is always very responsive and knowledgeable. He explains everything so clearly and is always available to answer questions, big or small. He also helped my husband and family handle a very delicate situation when it came to the selling of my late mother in laws condo and he did so with the utmost compassion and empathy. We can honestly say that Sean feels like family. We would 100% recommend Sean to anyone buying or selling their home.
