I purchased my first home this year (a condo in Toronto) with Sean who was a great help all along the way! We began viewing units in the early fall and must've seen about 15 of them. Sean was keen to show me some beautiful spaces, came prepared with lots of information on the building including the condo's history on the market, he was enjoyable to drive around with and it was a huge learning experience for me.
